Do you provide shuttle buses in ports where it is not possible to walk to the town centre?

Getting around – Shuttle bus services at port
  1. To make your time ashore as easy and enjoyable as possible, we often provide a convenient shuttle bus service when your ship is berthed some distance from the centre of your destination.
How it works
  1. Shuttle buses are available in many ports to help you avoid taxi fares.
  2. If you’ve booked on a Freedom Fare, the shuttle bus charge is included — as long as the ship is berthed more than one mile away (unless local restrictions prevent us from running the service).
  3. If you are not booked on a Freedom Fare then shuttle bus tickets are available from Guest Services for a small charge, which will be added to your on board account.

  1. Shuttle buses do not operate in ports where it’s easier or more cost-effective to use independent transport.
  2. In some destinations, such as the Caribbean, we may be prohibited from offering a shuttle bus service.
