Do you provide shuttle buses in ports where it is not possible to walk to the town centre?
Getting around – Shuttle bus services at port
- To make your time ashore as easy and enjoyable as possible, we often provide a convenient shuttle bus service when your ship is berthed some distance from the centre of your destination.
How it works
- Shuttle buses are available in many ports to help you avoid taxi fares.
- If you’ve booked on a Freedom Fare, the shuttle bus charge is included — as long as the ship is berthed more than one mile away (unless local restrictions prevent us from running the service).
- If you are not booked on a Freedom Fare then shuttle bus tickets are available from Guest Services for a small charge, which will be added to your on board account.
Exceptions
- Shuttle buses do not operate in ports where it’s easier or more cost-effective to use independent transport.
- In some destinations, such as the Caribbean, we may be prohibited from offering a shuttle bus service.
