How do I get my car parking vouchers?

  1. We want your journey to the port to be just as smooth as your cruise! Here's how car parking works depending on where you're sailing from.
  1. If you’ve booked and paid for parking through us, you’re all set—no voucher needed!
    1. These ports use a vehicle recognition system, so just make sure we have your car registration, make and whether you need a disabled space when you book.
    2. Car parking for ABP Southampton can now be booked directly with us. However, if you prefer, you can still book directly with ABP..
  1. If you’ve booked parking directly with ABP (Southampton) or CPS (Portsmouth & Liverpool), you’ll be told at the time of booking what documents you’ll need to bring with you.
Complimentary car parking
  1. If your cruise includes complimentary parking, you’ll still need to book a space.
  2. We’ll send you a voucher 2–3 weeks before you sail, either directly or via your travel agent.
