Valet parking
  1. Guests can leave their car with valet staff at the terminal entrance
Parking
  1. There is a multi storey car park on site which you can either 'pay as you go' or pre-book with CPS (see link below on car parking)
Terminal facilities
  1. Shop located on the lower level.
  2. Café serving hot and cold food and refreshments on the upper level.
  3. Access to the upper level is via 2 lifts and 1 set of stairs.
Check-in
  1. Assistance is provided from inside the terminal.
  2. Own Wheelchair: Guests will make their way through check in and will need to walk to the desk for a mobility assessment. Once cleared, they can return to the wheelchair and are pushed through security to the shuttle bus only.
  3. Port Wheelchair: Guests are pushed to check-in. Guests must walk to the desk for a mobility assessment. Once cleared, they return to the wheelchair and are pushed through security to the shuttle bus and gangway.
  4. Shuttle Bus: All buses are equipped with ramps and lowering mechanisms for wheelchairs and scooters.
Disembarkation
Wheelchair assistance is provided from the ship to the shuttle bus and from the shuttle bus to the terminal exit.
