Booked directly with us?
- You’ll receive your tickets around 21 days before your cruise departs.
Booked through a Travel Agent?
- Your travel agent will let you know when and how your tickets will be sent.
How you’ll receive your tickets
- If you’ve given us your email address, we’ll send your tickets electronically (remember to check your spam folder!)
- If you booked through a travel agent, they’ll send your tickets to you by post or by email.
What we need from you
- To make sure everything runs smoothly, we’ll need a few details from you. The quickest way to provide this is by registering for an My Cruises Account on our website
