How do I find my check-in time?
We know how exciting it is to plan ahead, and we’re here to help!
Here’s a simple guide to when and how you can find your check-in time, estimated debark time and luggage label colour
Please note - for cruises departing from 16th April 2026 onwards, your check-in & estimated disembarkation times will be available from 21st February.
Freedom Fare Guests
You’ll be able to view your check-in time 12 weeks before embarkation day, as your cabin number is included on your invoice.
Saver Fare Guests
Your check-in time will be available around three weeks before you sail, once your cruise ticket arrives and confirms your cabin number.

On the check-in page, scroll down a little and you'll see this box:
Select the ship you'll be calling home.
Enter your cruise code and then cabin number.
The above information can be found on your invoice (Freedom Fare) and Cruise Ticket (Saver and Freedom Fare).
And then press search.
You'll then see your allocated check-in time and luggage label colour.

You'll also get a sneak peak of your expected disembarkation time.
To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable embarkation day for everyone, we kindly ask that you arrive no earlier than your allocated check-in time
