How do I find my check-in time?
  1. We know how exciting it is to plan ahead—and we’re here to help!
Here’s a simple guide to when and how you can find your check-in time and luggage label colour, depending on your fare type.
Please note - 2026 check in times are not yet available to view and will be closer to the New Year.

Freedom Fare Guests
  1. You’ll be able to view your check-in time 12 weeks before embarkation day, as your cabin number is included on your invoice.
Saver Fare Guests
  1. Your check-in time will be available around three weeks before you sail, once your cruise ticket arrives and confirms your cabin number.
Once you have your cabin number, you’ll be able to check your allocated embarkation time and luggage label colour.
To find your check-in times, follow the steps below:
  1. Visit our cruise check-in page by clicking the link below.
Scroll down a little and you'll see this box:
  1.  Select the ship you'll be calling home.
  2.  Enter your cruise code and then cabin number.
  3.  The above information can be found on your invoice (Freedom Fare) and Cruise Ticket (Saver and Freedom Fare).
    1.  And then press search.
  1.  You'll then see your allocated check-in time and luggage label colour.

  1.  You'll also get a sneak peak of your expected disembarkation time.
Warning
To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable embarkation day for everyone, we kindly ask that you arrive no earlier than your allocated check-in time
