What happens next? A timeline to stepping on board

Here’s a quick timeline of what to expect between booking and stepping on board.
90 days before embarkation
Your final balance is due
If you booked via a Travel Agent, dates may vary, please see below for more information
3 weeks before embarkation:
Your cruise ticket will be sent to you, so long as you've provided your Passport and emergency contact details
If you booked directly, we'll send your cruise ticket by e-mail if we have your email address, otherwise we'll pop it in the post
If you booked via a Travel Agent, they'll send your cruise ticket to you
2 weeks before embarkation
Your luggage labels will arrive via post.
Passport & Emergency contact details are required for all guests
If you haven’t already, please provide this information for each guest at least 8 weeks before your embarkation date. Without it, we'll be unable to issue your cruise ticket or luggage labels.
If you haven't provided your Passport details by 16 weeks prior to your cruise, we'll pop you an email reminder.
You can add your Passport details safely and securely 24/7 via your My Cruises account
Balance Due Dates:
For cruises under 28 days:
Final balance is due 90 days before embarkation
For cruises of 28 days or longer:
A second deposit of 15% is due 180 days before embarkation
Booking less than 90 days before departure?
The full balance will be due at time of booking
Booked via a Travel Agent?
Please refer to the payment schedule provided in your documentation, as payments will be made directly to them and at earlier dates.
How to pay your balance?
If you booked directly with us, you can pay safely & securely 24/7 via your My Cruises account
If you booked via a travel agent, you'll pay them as per the provided payment schedule
