  1. Here’s a quick timeline of what to expect:
Passport & Emergency contact details
If you haven’t already, please provide this information for each guest at least 8 weeks before your embarkation date. Without it, we won’t be able to issue your cruise tickets or luggage labels.
  1. Add your details easily via "My Cruises".
  2. You can securely provide your information through your "My Cruises" account.
  3. Balance Payments.
  4. For cruises under 28 days:
    1. Final balance is due 90 days before embarkation
  5. For cruises of 28 days or longer:
    1. A second deposit of 15% is due 180 days before embarkation
  1. Booking less than 90 days before departure?
    Full balance payment is due at time of booking.
  2. Pay securely anytime via "My Cruises".
    You can make payments safely and conveniently 24/7 through your "My Cruises" account.
  3. If you booked through a travel agent, please refer to the payment schedule provided in your documentation, as payments will be made directly to them and at earlier dates.
3 Weeks before you sail
Your cruise ticket will be sent:
  1. By email, if you’ve provided an email address, by post, if not.
  2. Via your travel agent, if you booked through one.
2 weeks before embarkation
  1. Your luggage labels will be sent by post to the address on file.
