Whats the procedure for disembarking the ship at the end of my cruise?

Heading home made easy
  1. We do everything we can to make the end of your cruise as smooth and stress-free as possible—so you can head home relaxed and full of wonderful memories to share!
To help with disembarkation:
  1. Clear instructions will be placed in your cabin at least 24 hours before your ship docks.
  2. On your final night, please place your luggage outside your cabin door. Our team will collect it and transfer it to the cruise terminal for you. This helps keep corridors clear and makes disembarkation easier for everyone.
  3. Once your ship arrives at a UK port, it must be cleared by Customs and Immigration before guests can disembark. During this time, we invite you to vacate your cabin, enjoy a leisurely breakfast and relax in one of our public lounges.
  4. Guests with wheelchairs will be offered assistance.
  5. Please take a moment to check thoroughly for any personal belongings. Kindly note that a minimum charge of £30.00 applies for the return of any lost property.
  1. Catching a flight home?
Please speak to Guest Services while on board. They’ll make sure you disembark in plenty of time to meet your transfer.
  1. Luggage collection
When leaving the ship, please collect your luggage from the reclaim area. It’s arranged by deck colour, so make sure your original luggage tags are still attached.
Alert
Please double-check you’re taking your own bags. Any mix-ups may result in charges to return items to their rightful owners.
