What happens on the last day of my cruise?
Heading home made easy
We do everything we can to make the end of your cruise as smooth and stress-free as possible, so you can head home relaxed and full of wonderful memories to share!
24 hrs before disembarkation a letter will be delivered to your cabin explaining the disembarkation process.
Please ensure your cases still have your luggage labels attached. If not, or should you need more, just ask Guest Services.
Disembarkation Day
You'll need to vacate your cabin by 08:00hrs
Breakfast is served between 06:00hrs to 08:00hrs in our Main Dining Room and Casual Dining Restaurant. Please check The Daily Times when on board for final details.
Please do a sweep of your cabin before leaving to ensure you have everything. Click here for details on Lost Property
Guests with wheelchairs will be offered assistance.
You will be called to disembark the ship by your luggage tag colour. You are welcome to relax in any of our public lounges while you wait to be called for disembarkation.
Express Disembarkation
Be first of the ship with Express Disembarkation
You can keep your luggage in your cabin overnight
As soon as it's publicly announced the ship has cleared Immigration checks, you'll be asked to head to the gangway.
Catching a flight home
Please speak to Guest Services while on board.
Your on board Account
Around 2am, your final on board account bill will be emailed to you. If there are any discrepancies, please speak to Guest Services on board before you disembark (you can view your on board account at any time during your cruise on your cabin TV).
Once you've disembarked the ship, please collect your luggage from the reclaim area in the port.
All luggage will be arranged by luggage label colour to make it nice and easy to find.
Please ensure you collect all of your own luggage and that you have the correct baggage as you may be charged a minimum of £65 to have your luggage returned. It can take up to 7 working days for your luggage to be returned.
If your luggage is being collected by our baggage handling company BAGGEX, you still need to claim your luggage and then take it to the BAGGEX representative in the pre-arranged collection area.
