We’re looking forward to welcoming you on board Bolette for our The Falls and Fjords of Norway from Belfast cruise.

As you’ll be joining us in Belfast, we’ve put together a quick guide with everything you need to know for a smooth embarkation.

Please note: We will update this page closer to your embarkation date with final details, so we kindly ask you to check back before you travel.

Check‑in Times
- Check‑in will be open from 12:00pm to 4:00pm.
- There will be no left‑luggage facilities available at the terminal before or during check‑in.
- We are unable to provide priority lanes for Diamond Elite or Suite Dreams Guests for this embarkation.

What to Keep in Your Carry‑On
- Please keep the following items with you in your hand luggage:
- Clothing you may wish to change into for your first evening on board.
- Any medication needed during the first 24 hours of your cruise.
- Your passportcruise ticket (digital copies are acceptable), and the physical payment card you will be using for your on‑board account. Please know we're unable to accept American Express, and a physical card is required.

Arrival & Check‑in Process
- Please arrive at the port only between 12:00pm and 4:00pm.
- Check‑in will close promptly at 4:00pm.
- You'll be welcomed and checked-in, before you pass through security.
- Our team will be on hand to assist with your luggage.

Disembarkation Process in Liverpool
- Full disembarkation details will be provided in a letter delivered to your cabin the evening before.
- Disembarkation is due to commence at approximately 7:30am and Guests will be called off by luggage label colour

Please note car parking is not available at Belfast.
