Is there any health advice I need to be aware of?
Vaccination & health advice
Requirements vary depending on your cruise itinerary and ports of call.
If any vaccinations or health documents are mandatory, you’ll be informed at the time of booking and it will be shown on your confirmation invoice.
Due to frequent changes in health regulations, it’s best to:
Contact your GP or travel clinic around 12 weeks before departure.
Common vaccinations to consider
According to the UK Health Security Agency:
Routine vaccinations (e.g. MMR, tetanus) should be up to date.
Depending on your destination, you may also need:
Hepatitis A
Typhoid
Yellow fever (some countries require proof)
Rabies, Japanese encephalitis, or dengue (for specific regions)
Anti-malaria tablets for high-risk areas
Hygiene & on board health
Wash hands frequently with soap and water.
Use hand sanitiser stations around the ship.
Stay hydrated and eat safely when ashore—especially in countries with different hygiene standards.
If you feel unwell before your cruise (e.g. symptoms of Norovirus or flu), call 0800 035 5144 (option 3)
