Do you have a Doctor or medical facilities?
Medical care on board – your health & wellbeing at sea
Your peace of mind is important to us. That’s why our ships are equipped with a Medical Centre, offering both primary and emergency care throughout your voyage.
Qualified medical team
A doctor and/or nurse is on call at all times
Each ship also has two qualified nurses onboard
Medical charges
Our Medical Centres operate outside of British and European health services, so charges apply for:
Consultations
Investigations
Prescriptions
Room visits
A scale of charges is displayed in each Medical Centre and any costs will be billed to your onboard account.
Bringing medication
Please bring enough medication to last the full duration of your cruise.
If you find that your cabin cooler isn’t quite cold enough to safely store your medication, just let our on board Guest Services Team know. They’ll be happy to help and will ensure your medication is stored at the correct temperature for your peace of mind.
Pack any essential medication in your hand luggage, especially for your journey to and from the ship
