I need to cancel my cruise, what cancellation charges may apply?
- If you have booked a Freedom Fare Cruise with us please note that you can only transfer once and a minimum value applies.
- If you feel you do wish to change your Freedom Fare Cruise then you are welcome to cancel or transfer your Freedom Fare Cruise if booked with us directly. If you booked with a Travel Agent/Tour Operator, please contact them directly.
- A name change for a Freedom Fare can be done up to the day of departure.
- Cancellation fees will apply based on how close to departure you make the change:

Cancellation of Saver Fares & Special Offers
Saver Fares Bookings cannot be transferred.
When processing a name change, any Oceans Discount or guest specific discounts which were previously applied to the booking will not transfer to the new guest, as specific terms and conditions apply.
Cancellation of special offers, for example (but not limited to), Saver Fares, 2 for 1 offers, added benefits, 3 for 2 offers will incur the following cancellation fee:

Please note that if a cruise has been booked from an previous transferred cruise or Save a Sail booking, then the original cancellation charges will remain until the new booking charges are higher.
NOTE -
- Any extras such as flowers etc are non refundable if a booking is cancelled
- Drinks packages are refundable if a booking is cancelled
- Existing cancellation charges are non refundable
- Parking at Rosyth and Newcastle is refundable up until day of departure
