Can I transfer my booking to someone else?

Need to make a change to our booking? Here’s what you need to know
  1. We understand that plans can change, so here’s a quick guide to help you with name changes and cruise transfers.
Name changes
  1. You can do this up to the day before departure for a cruise only - we must have all of the new guests personal information - including passport information. If its a fly cruise then a name change can be actioned upto the point of ticket issue from the airline - this can range between one week to one month.
  2. If the previous guest was an Oceans Member and the new guest is not, or is at a lower membership level, the new guest will need to pay any price difference.
Changing to a different cruise
  1. You can transfer your booking once only, and it must be done at least 90 days before departure (before your balance is due).
  2. The new cruise must be at least 75% of the value of your original booking.
  3. If the final balance has been paid, the new cruise needs to be the same value or more.
For cruises longer than 28 Days
  1. Transfers are allowed once only and must be made at least 181 days before departure.
  2. An interim deposit is due 180 days before travel.
  3. After this point, 30% of your deposit becomes non-refundable, and no further changes can be made to the cruise or guest names.
