Dover Cruise Terminals

Cruise Terminal 1
  1. Size & Facilities: Medium-sized with a small waiting area. No café or paid refreshment area.
  2. Drop-off: Directly outside the terminal entrance. Porters available for luggage assistance.
  3. Airbridge Available.
Wheelchair Assistance – Check-in
  1. Own Wheelchair: Guests can be pushed through security and check-in and to their cabin if ready.
  2. Port Wheelchair: Guests are pushed through security. At check-in, they must walk to the desk for mobility assessment. If cleared, they are pushed to the top of the airbridge only.
Wheelchair Assistance – Disembarkation
  1. Pre-booking Required: Guests wait in designated areas:
  2. Balmoral – DK6 Art Gallery
  3. Bolette – DK3 Times Square
  4. Borealis – DK3 Times Square
  5. Staff coordinate disembarkation by luggage label colour. Porters and wheelchair pushers assist through customs and to the terminal front. If transport isn’t present, guests may wait in the small seating area.
Cruise Terminal 2
  1. Size & Facilities: Medium-sized with a large upstairs waiting area. No café. Toilets available.
  2. Airbridge: Available.
Wheelchair Assistance – Check-in
  1. Same process as Terminal 1 for own and port wheelchairs.
Wheelchair Assistance – Disembarkation
  1. Pre-booking Required: Guests wait in designated areas (same as Terminal 1).
  2. Disembarkation route includes airbridge, lift, stairs and escalator.
  3. Porters and wheelchair pushers assist through customs and to the terminal front. If transport isn’t present, guests may wait in the small seating area.
