We’re looking forward to welcoming you on board Borealis
for your Cuisines & Culture of French Cities cruise.
Before we see you in Southampton, we wanted to let you know
about a small change to your check‑in time.
What’s changing?
Your check-in time has been moved to one hour later than originally
planned.
Your new check-in time can be found
in the table below.
Why have you made this change?
Borealis will be returning from her 71 night Grand Voyage and we’ll need
to off‑load around 3,500 suitcases before loading the food, drink and other
items needed for your cruise.
This short adjustment helps us make sure everything is ready
for you.
Your revised check-in time and bag drop information:
We understand this change may have a small impact for some guests travel
arrangements, especially if you’re arriving early or staying overnight in
Southampton, and we appreciate your patience.
If you’re unable to adjust your arrival time, bag drop will
open from 11:30am however, please know you’ll not be able to access the Horizon
terminal until your revised check-in time as there is no seating available.
West Quay Shopping Centre and Southampton city centre are a
short distance away, offering a wide choice of shops, cafés and restaurants,
giving you somewhere comfortable and vibrant to wait until your check-in time.
