Revised check-in times across our fleet

New Check‑in Times for 2026 UK Departures

Following a successful trial on Balmoral, we’re pleased to roll out revised check‑in times for all UK departures. These changes are designed to make your arrival experience more relaxed and comfortable.

What’s changing?
We’re introducing fewer check‑in slots, each lasting one hour.
This allows for a smoother flow through the terminal and a more enjoyable start to your holiday.

When does this launch?
The new check‑in times will be introduced as follows:
  • Balmoral: Available now for all sailings
  • Borealis: From 22 April, starting with cruise S2608
  • Bolette: From 28 April, starting with cruise T2609
Can I see my check‑in time online?
Yes. Check‑in times are now visible online for all UK departures in 2026.

  • If you’re joining one of our fly cruises, we’ll contact you with full details no later than 7 days before departure
  • You can also find the most up‑to‑date fly cruise information by clicking here
Will luggage label colours change?
No. There are no changes to our luggage label colours.

Will my estimated disembarkation time change?
No. There are no changes to our disembarkation process or estimated disembarkation times.
