We’re looking forward to welcoming you on board Balmoral.

 

Whilst your cruise may be a little way off, we wanted to share some helpful information so you feel ready and relaxed ahead of your time with us.

 

Dining on Tuesday 18 August

On the evening of Tuesday 18 August, dinner in our Ballindalloch, Avon and Spey restaurants will be open dining for all Guests.

·       Dinner will be served between 6pm and 8pm

·       You’re welcome to arrive at the restaurant of your choice at a time that suits you

·       Our crew will seat you as quickly as possible on arrival

 

If you’d prefer a more relaxed option, The Thistle, our casual dining restaurant, will also be open between 6pm and 8pm.

 

As you’re joining us on 6 August, you’ll dine in your assigned restaurant, at the time shown on your cruise invoice, on all other evenings.

 

Evening entertainment on Tuesday 18 August

We’ll be presenting one of our much‑loved production shows in the Neptune Lounge, performed by our talented Balmoral Theatre Company.

 

As always, the show will be performed twice at 8:15pm and 10:00pm.

 

Elsewhere on board, there’ll be plenty to enjoy throughout the evening, including quizzes, a game show and a late‑night disco.

 

Full details of all on‑board entertainment will be shared in The Daily Times, delivered to your cabin.

 

Guests booked on one of our coach transfers

We’ll be in touch no later than two weeks before embarkation day with full details of your coach transfer.

And finally, a few useful reminders

·       Your cruise ticket will be sent to you three weeks before check‑in day

o   If you booked directly with us, we’ll send this by email (or by post if we don’t have your email address)

o   If you booked through a travel agent, they’ll send this to you

·       Your luggage labels will arrive by post approximately two weeks before you set sail
