Your Journey Guide
Around 12 weeks before your embarkation date, your Journey Guide will be ready. This handy guide includes:
  • Details of all available tours and excursions
  • Information about your ship
  • Bookable activities
  • And much more!
We’ll email you as soon as the tours are released, and we’ll pop a physical copy in the post too.
Once you receive it (either digitally or by mail), you’ll be able to book tours and activities online through your My Cruises account or by calling our friendly team.

Before You Sail
  • Cruise Ticket:
    Your ticket will arrive in your inbox 3 weeks before embarkation.
    If we don’t have your email address, we’ll post it to you instead.
  • Luggage Labels:
    These will land on your doormat around 2 weeks before you sail.
