When do I need to settle my on board account?

Paying on board – easy & convenient
  1. To make your cruise experience as smooth as possible, we ask all guests to register a credit or debit card at the start of the cruise. This allows you to:
  2. Charge any on board purchases directly to your cabin account
  3. Have your final bill automatically settled to your registered card at the end of your cruise
Checking your cabin account
  1. You can view your balance at any time:
    1. On your in-cabin TV
    2. Via our cruise app (available from summer 2026)
    3. Visiting Guest Services for a printed copy
    4. If you have any queries, please raise them on board with the Guest Services Team.

Accepted payment methods
  1. Eurocard
  2. Mastercard
  3. Visa

Please note: We are unable to accept American Express, Apple & Android Pay, Maestro, Solo, Electron, Diners Club, travel agent debit cards, or pre-paid currency/travellers cheque cards.

Paying in Cash?
  1. If you prefer to settle your account in cash, the currency onboard is Sterling (£) and will need to be pre-paid and the account will be capped at this amount so please ensure you allow enough for your planned on board spending.
