When do I need to settle my on board account?
Paying on board – easy & convenient
- To make your cruise experience as smooth as possible, we ask all guests to register a credit or debit card at the start of the cruise. This allows you to:
- Charge any on board purchases directly to your cabin account
- Have your final bill automatically settled to your registered card at the end of your cruise
Checking your cabin account
- You can view your balance at any time:
- On your in-cabin TV
- Via our cruise app (available from 2026)
- Visiting Guest Services for a printed copy

- Eurocard
- Mastercard
- Visa
Please note: We are unable to accept American Express, Apple & Android Pay, Maestro, Solo, Electron, Diners Club, travel agent debit cards, or pre-paid currency/travellers cheque cards.
Paying in Cash?
- If you prefer to settle your account in cash, the currency onboard is Sterling (£).
