Last updated 31st October 2025
Balmoral - check-in times changes in effect from 27th November 2025:
Taking place at Southampton and Newcastle.

What’s changing?
  1. We’re making check-in a smoother and more relaxed experience by reducing the number of time slots and providing you more convenience and flexibility.
Why are we making these changes?

  • This trial is based on guest feedback and will be introduced for Balmoral from 27th November 2025
  • We’ll be listening closely to your thoughts, and if successful, we’ll look to roll this out across the fleet in 2026
Will my luggage labels change?

  • No changes for your cruise, your luggage label colours will remain the same (we may look to update these in future as part of the wider rollout)
 Will my disembarkation time change?

  • No, your disembarkation time remains unchanged
  • You can check your scheduled time by clicking here

On the table below you’ll find the check-in time allocated to your luggage label colour.

· It means you now have a more flexible one-hour arrival window, rather than just 15 minutes, giving you more freedom and less pressure when planning your journey

What if I’ve made arrangements to get to the port:
