It's the final countdown

Over the past few months, we've been keeping in touch to help you plan and prepare for this incredible adventure. With just over a month to go, we wanted to send one final email with key reminders and information, so you can board Balmoral fully prepared for our 71 nights together. Plus, a preview of what to expect on embarkation day.

Luggage allowance
You can bring up to 90kg of luggage with you on your voyage, click here to find out more.
  • No individual case should weigh more than 20kg, so our crew can safely deliver it to your cabin.
  • We recommend bringing no more than three cases per cabin, as these can be stored neatly underneath your beds.

Please only arrive during your allocated check-in time, to keep things smooth and enjoyable for everyone.

Your luggage labels will arrive by post around two weeks before embarkation, please make sure you securely attach one to all cases, including your carry-on bags.

  • A physical payment card you'd like to link to your on-board account (American Express is not accepted)
  • Any medication you'll need during your first 24 hours on board
  • If you'd like, a change of clothes and an outfit for the first evening
  • Suit and dress carriers should be carried on board personally
