Colours and Tastes - 2026 and early 2027 menu rotations

In 2026, we’re delighted to be introducing two new and exciting menus to Colours & Tastes, our speciality restaurant:
  • Asian Fusion – continuing to showcase vibrant flavours and guest favourites (available on cruises on 8 nights or more)
  • New: Italian – classic, comforting dishes made with fresh ingredients
  • New: Grill – premium cuts from the grill with indulgent sides
Plus we're introducing an all new Chefs Table experience, a special multi-course dinner with premium wine pairings in an intimate space.

To help you plan your cruise, simply scroll down to view the attached guide. In it, you’ll find:
  • The full menu rotation for every ship across 2026 and early 2027
  • The dates of our formal nights throughout the fleet
No matter which incredible menu you choose, Colours & Tastes is £20 per person when booked before you sail (added to your on board account), or £25 per person when booked once on board. Booking is available 12 weeks before your embarkation date.

Chefs Table is £100 per person.

We like to be open and honest, so all dates in the attachment are subject to change. If anything alters after you’ve booked, we’ll make sure to let you know.
