At the bottom of this page, you'll find three attachments, one for each of our ships, showing the formal and themed evening for all 2027 cruises, as well as the menu schedule for Colours & Tastes, our speciality restaurant.
Your formal and themed evening dates can also be found in the following locations:
• In your online My Cruises account (available from October onwards).
• In your Journey Guide, sent at least 12 weeks before departure
• On your cruise ticket, sent three weeks before embarkation
Formal and themed evenings are completely optional.
If you'd prefer a more relaxed evening, you're welcome to dine the casual-dining restaurant.

Colours & Tastes
Colours and Tastes offers three exceptional dining concepts:
- Asian Fusion – showcasing vibrant flavours
- Italian – classic, comforting dishes made with fresh ingredients
- Grill – premium cuts from the grill, served with indulgent sides

You can book Colours & Tastes through your My Cruises account from 12 weeks before departure.
The cost is just £25 per person if booked in advance of your cruise, or £30 per person when booked onboard.

New for 2027 in Colours and Tastes - One Night Only
On longer cruises, Colours and Tastes will host a special Goan-themed evening, giving you the opportunity to enjoy another distinctive cuisine alongside our rotating Grill, Italian and Asian menus.
Chef's Table, back by very popular demand in 2027
For those who enjoy discovering new flavours and hearing the stories behind their food, our Chef's Table experience offers something truly special.
Hosted in an intimate setting, Chef's Table is an exclusive multi-course dining experience, expertly curated by our talented Chefs.
Each course is thoughtfully paired with premium wines, creating an evening designed to celebrate exceptional food, fine wine and great company.
Chef's Table is priced at £120 per person and is only bookable on board.
Spaces are limited, so we recommend booking quickly once you step over the gangway.
