What type of plug / electricity sockets are used in the cabins?

No matter what you need to charge or power up, you’ll be ready the moment you settle into your home-from-home!
  1. All our ships are equipped with round, 2-pin continental-style sockets (220V, 60Hz).
    Additionally:
  2. Bolette and Borealis also feature US-style 110V sockets
  3. Bolette and Borealis  includes a UK 3-pin socket too (and x1 USB outlet)
  4. To help you pack with peace of mind, we’ve included some example images of the socket types below.
  1. Please pack the adaptors you’ll need.
  2. A limited number of adaptors are available to hire from Guest Services. A small fee will be charged to your on board account, refunded upon return of the adaptor
Please note, extension leads are not permitted on our ships. Exemption: Single inlet-single outlet extension cords (such as the example below) may be permitted only when required for personal medical equipment, such as CPAP machines.
