What do I pack for a cruise?

You're almost ready to step on board, but before you zip up those suitcases, here are a few helpful reminders to make your journey smooth and stress-free.

Luggage labels
  1. Your luggage labels should be securely attached to your large suitcases before you travel.
    (Please note: suit or dress bags must be carried onto the ship.)
What to pack in your hand luggage
  1. Passport – required at check-in.
  2. Cruise tickets – digital copies are fine if we’ve emailed them to you.
  3. Vaccination records – if applicable.
  4. Visas – if required for your itinerary.
  5. Medication for a couple of days (remember to keep some of your medication in your hand luggage during embarkation & debarkation).
  6. Details of your travel insurance (digital copies are fine)
  7. The payment card you wish to register your on board account at check-in (sadly we can't accept American Express, Apple Pay or GPay as a physical card is required).
  8. All on board purchases are in GBP and our ships are cashless.
  9. Local currency – for destinations on your itinerary.
    1. A limited amount is available from Guest Services on board.
  10. Evening wear for your first night
  11. Charging cables and plug adapters.
What to pack in your main suitcase
  1. Clothes and other travel essentials.
  2. Toiletries.
Hair styling tools
  1. Curling tongs, straighteners and hair dryers are permitted. (Please use with care and always unplug after use).
