Luggage Allowance

To help ensure your luggage is delivered to your cabin as quickly as possible, we kindly ask:

  • Each suitcase weighs no more than 20kg.
  • Your suitcases will need to be stored in your cabin during the voyage.
  • Up to three suitcases can be stored neatly under your bed when laid flat, so, where possible, we recommend bringing no more than three suitcases per cabin.

An exclusive offer from Baggex

If you'd prefer to travel a little lighter, our trusted luggage partner, Baggex, can collect your luggage from your home, deliver it to the port, and return it to your home after your voyage.

Luggage sent with Baggex will be delivered to Borealis shortly after her arrival in Southampton, ensuring it is among the first to be delivered to cabins.

As a guest on this cruise, you can enjoy:

  • 5% off when sending two suitcases.
  • 10% off when sending three suitcases.

This offer is valid on new bookings only and applies to full return services (home to port and port to home).

To book, call Baggex on 01473 807200 and quote BORWC27. More details, including the T&Cs can be found on their website clicking here.

That's everything for now.

We'll be in touch again in October with more information about life on board, including our entertainment programme, dining experiences and everything else you can look forward to during your cruise. In the meantime, our Help Centre is always available here.
