We're looking forward to welcoming you on board Bolette for
your Spain & Morocco with Fleet Fiesta cruise later this year.
We're getting in touch to let you know about a change to your
itinerary and share everything you need to know.
What's changing?
Our
planned call to Ceuta has been replaced with a visit
to Casablanca
To
allow for this change:
Our
visit to Tangier will move one day earlier than planned, on the 26th November
Our
visit to Casablanca will be on the 27th November.
There
are no other changes to your itinerary.
Why have we made this change?
Earlier this year, Ceuta received significant media
attention, prompting feedback from many guests, both directly and through
online discussions.
We're always listening to our guests, and over recent weeks
we've carefully considered the views and feedback shared with us. Having
reflected on what we've heard, we've taken the decision to replace our planned
call to Ceuta with Casablanca.
Whilst itinerary changes are never made lightly, we believe
this decision reflects our commitment to putting you first and ensuring you can
look forward to your holiday with confidence.
Why Casablanca?
When considering an alternative port, we wanted to select a
destination that would offer a memorable and authentic Moroccan experience,
which is key to this cruise.
Casablanca is Morocco's largest city and a fascinating blend
of modern sophistication and rich cultural heritage. Set along the Atlantic
coast, it is home to the magnificent Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest
mosques in the world, renowned for its striking architecture and dramatic
oceanfront setting.
Beyond its iconic landmarks, Casablanca offers elegant
boulevards, vibrant local markets, impressive Art Deco architecture and a
thriving café culture. Whether you're interested in history, culture, shopping
or simply soaking up the atmosphere, Casablanca provides a wonderful
opportunity to experience another side of Morocco.
We're also pleased this change will enable us to offer tours
to Marrakech, where you can discover bustling souks, beautiful
gardens, historic palaces and the vibrant atmosphere that has made it one of
Morocco's most celebrated cities.
Please note, our visit to Casablanca falls on a Friday, known
as Jumu'ah (Day of Gathering). As Friday prayers are observed across the city,
some businesses and attractions may close temporarily or operate reduced
opening hours at certain times throughout the day
