Due to the popular demand of our fly cruises, we've seen some of our exclusive easyJet flights sell out!
To ensure you can enjoy our Mediterranean fly cruises, we're offering a selection of non-exclusive flights, details are below.
We'll keep this page updated with the latest information, and email you closer to the departure of your flight with all the details you need.
Included with these non-exclusive flights:
- Return flights in economy class (these can be mixed with our exclusive easyJet flights)
- Hand and hold luggage allowance (varies by airline, see below).
- Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines representatives landside at the destination airport to guide you to the coach transfer
- Return coach transfers from destination airport to Balmoral
- Please note these flights are not exclusive to Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines Guests.

Luggage Allowance:
easyJet:
- Hold Luggage - x1 case per person with a maximum weight of 23KG
- Hand Luggage - x1 case per person with a maximum weight of 15KG. Max dimensions 45x36x20cm
British Airways (BA):
- Hold Luggage - x1 case per person with a maximum weight of 23KG
- Hand Luggage - x1 personal item with max dimensions of 40x30x15cm. Plus x1 bag max dimensions 56x45x25cm. Total combined weight of these two items may not exceed 23KG.
When will I receive my flight ticket?
You'll receive your flight tickets no more than 7 days prior to the date of your flight.
These will be emailed to you.
How do I check-in?
Details of check-in will be provided no more than 7 days prior to the date of your flight.
You will need to check-in at the airport.
Can I upgrade my seat?
This is not possible
Can I pre-book my seat?
We'll allocate your seats prior to sending your tickets.
We'll do our best to allocate passengers flying together adjacent seats.

Should you have any requests such as requiring an aisle seat, please let us know at time of booking and we'll do our best to met the request however, it can't be guaranteed.
How do I book airport assistance?
Please let us know at time of booking, allowing us to inform the airline and make arrangements.
Are refreshments included with my flight?
The crew will provide a cabin service where you'll be able to purchase a selection of food and drink from their on board menu (which you'll find in your seat pocket)
You may also purchase snacks to take on the plane once you've passed through airport Security.
Do I have ATOL protection?
When you make a fly cruise booking with us, we’ll send your ATOL certificate by email shortly after booking.
It will be available for to download from your My Cruise account shortly after booking.
ATOL (Air Travel Organisers Licence) provides financial protection for your Fly Cruise, offering peace of mind in the unlikely event that a travel company ceases trading. It ensures you’ll be able to complete your trip or return home safely. This protection is included in your Fly Cruise fare, and you’ll receive your ATOL certificate at the time of booking.
