  1. If at any point during your cruise you feel unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please don’t hesitate to speak with our Guest Services Team, available 24/7 on board. They’re always ready to help resolve any concerns and ensure your holiday is as enjoyable as possible.
  1. In the unlikely event that you feel your concerns weren’t fully resolved once you’ve returned home, our shore-based Guest Relations Team is here for you too.
  2. Simply email us at guest.relations@fredolsen.co.uk and we’ll do our best to assist you further.
