- If at any point during your cruise you feel unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please don’t hesitate to speak with our Guest Services Team, available 24/7 on board. They’re always ready to help resolve any concerns and ensure your holiday is as enjoyable as possible.
- In the unlikely event that you feel your concerns weren’t fully resolved once you’ve returned home, our shore-based Guest Relations Team is here for you too.
