The Olsen Way Promise

  2. If you love a cruise that feels like a home-from-home, with friendly staff, like-minded guests and a relaxed atmosphere, we might be just your style. But, if you’re unsure, we’ve got you covered.
How it works*
  1. Book your cruise more than 12 weeks in advance (only applies to Freedom Fare bookings)
  2. Cruise must be 5 nights or longer
  3. If you find it’s not for you within the 48 hours, just let us know
  4. We’ll arrange and pay for your flight back to the UK from the next port
  5. Refund the cost of your cruise
*Please note the following restrictions: The Olsen Way Promise excludes pre-cruise stays and Holidays of 4 nights or fewer. The Olsen Way Promise only applies to bookings made where the date of departure is more than 12 weeks after the date of the booking. The Olsen Way Promise only applies to guests who are contracted with FOCL and excludes cruises on vessels operated by FOCL but booked through Tour Operators.
Should you wish to invoke The Olsen Way Promise, you will need to inform the vessel’s Guest Services Officer within 48 hours following the vessel’s departure from the original port of embarkation. FOCL will arrange and pay for a flight and/or transport back to the UK. FOCL will refund the cruise cost only and will not refund any other costs.
