We’re looking forward to welcoming you on board Balmoral in Southampton, as she starts her voyage around the Mediterranean and beyond.

We’re getting in touch with the details you need to know about your coach transfer from London Gatwick airport to Southampton on the 8th October.

Your journey

·       The journey from London Gatwick to Southampton will take up to 2 and a half hours

·       All coaches are fitted with toilet facilities

·       A comfort stop will be made approximately halfway through the journey

Departure information

·       Please meet our representative at the following location:

o   South Terminal - Arrivals Hall

o   Outside WH Smith

o   The representative will be holding a Fred. Olsen sign (see map below)

·       From here, the rep will escort you to a seating area.

·       Once everyone has arrived, you will be grouped and directed to the coach outside.

·       There is a short walk from the terminal to the coach.

·       Coaches will aim to depart at approximately 16:30.

·       Coaches will be dispatched as they fill, so please board as directed

On arrival in Southampton

·       The approximate arrival time will be between 18:15 –19:00.

·       The pink car park gate outside of City Cruise Terminal will be open on arrival.

·       There will be no Porters to support with taking your luggage back to your vehicle.

·       None of the terminal building will be open, so no toilet facilities will be available.

·       When leaving the port, please exist using Dock Gate 10 only.

Remember to please meet the Rep outside of WH Smith, located in South Terminal.

Before you travel

·       Your Cruise Ticket will be sent approximately three weeks before embarkation

o   By email if we have your email address (otherwise in the post)

o   If you booked with a Travel Agent, they’ll send this to you

·       Your luggage labels will be sent by post approximately two weeks before you set sail
