Breakfast in our Main Dining Room & other options

Breakfast is often called the most important meal of the day and when you sail with us you’ll be spoilt for choice.

Here's a quick guide to our breakfast offering across the ship.

The Main Dining Room Breakfast
All Guests are warmly invited to enjoy a relaxed start to their morning in our Main Dining Room.
  • The opening hours can be found in The Daily Times, delivered to your cabin each evening.
    (Typical hours: 07:30am–10:30am)
  • There is no set time or table allocation for guests during breakfast.
  • Relaxed clothing is the order of the day, more information can be found below
  • On arrival, our Maitre d’ and team will warmly welcome you and guide you to a table.
  • Our friendly crew will offer you tea, coffee, or water, giving you time to browse the breakfast menu.
  • Once your order is taken, simply sit back, relax, and look forward to a delicious start to your day.
  • Please note, on Balmoral, we open the Ballindalloch, Avon and Spey restaurants for breakfast.

Room Service – Complimentary Continental Breakfast
Prefer a quiet morning?
  • Complete the breakfast door hanger found in your cabin.
  • Hang it on your outside door handle before going to bed.
  • Your continental breakfast will be delivered at your chosen time, always with a smile.
Casual Dining (Buffet) Breakfast
If you prefer a swift breakfast to set you up for an action‑packed morning:
  • Head to our casual dining buffet during its opening times (listed in The Daily Times).
  • Our team will help you find a table and will be on hand to serve tea and coffee.
Poolside Eatery – Perfect for Late Risers
For a more al-fresco breakfast experience
  • Opens from 10:00am, offering a small but tasty breakfast menu until 12pm.
  • Our lunch menu starts at 12pm
