Keeping in touch with mobile service whilst in destination
  1. Please contact your mobile service provider before your cruise to understand your tariff inclusions and exclusions
  2. You'll need international roaming to be enabled.
Using your mobile phone on the ship
  1. While you're enjoying your cruise and out of range of regular mobile networks, you can stay connected via our satellite-based roaming network. This will likely be very costly.
  2. Whilst at sea, we'd recommend switching your phone to flight mode, ensuring WiFi is active.
Calling from your cabin
  1. You can also make calls from your cabin phone to international numbers. Charges will be added directly to your on board account. These can be found by speaking to our Guest Services Team on board.

Alert**For calls directly to our ships, please note : You will need to provide payment card details to connect to the ship you are contacting. Upon successful connection to the ship, the satellite service provider will place a fully-refundable $79.50 pre-authorisation charge on your payment card. The refund of this charge will be processed automatically, so you don't have to claim it. The time it takes for your refund to appear in your account depends on your bank, however they usually appear within 1-5 business days.
