Using your mobile phone on the ship
- While you're enjoying your cruise and out of range of regular mobile networks, you can stay connected via our satellite-based roaming network. This will likely be very costly.
- Whilst at sea, we'd recommend switching your phone to flight mode, ensuring WiFi is active.
Calling from your cabin
- You can also make calls from your cabin phone to international numbers. Charges will be added directly to your on board account. These can be found by speaking to our Guest Services Team on board.

Upon successful connection to the ship, the satellite service provider will place a fully-refundable $79.50 pre-authorisation charge on your payment card. The refund of this charge will be processed automatically, so you don't have to claim it.
