Before you travel, we'd like to share a few final important details.

Keeping everyone healthy on board

To help protect the wellbeing of all guests and crew, please do not travel to the airport if you, or anyone in your party, has experienced any of the following symptoms within 48 hours of embarkation:

• Diarrhoea 
• Vomiting 
• Fever

If this applies to you, our Guest Services Team will be happy to discuss the options available to you, including transferring your booking to a future sailing. If you booked through a Travel Agent, please contact them in the first instance.

Should you need urgent assistance from us while at the airport, please contact us on:

This number is available specifically for flight-related emergencies, such as:

1. A missed flight.
   
2. A flight delay of more than two hours where no support is being provided by the airline.
   

The line will be monitored throughout the day of your flight.

1. If you're travelling on one of our escorted exclusive flights, our team will be with you from the airport through to joining Balmoral, ready to assist you along the way.
   
2. If you’re travelling on one of our standard flights with easyJet or British Airways, we'll be monitoring flight schedules and will contact you directly if there are any significant delays or unexpected changes.
   
3. If you have arranged your own travel, you'll need to contact your travel provider directly and keep up to date with any travel alerts or changes.

To help us contact you quickly if needed, please ensure we have your current mobile telephone number on file. We'll use this to send any important travel updates by text message if needed.
