Spain’s climate varies significantly by region, from hot Mediterranean summers to cooler Atlantic zones. Across the country, the average annual temperature ranges from 6°C to 23°C.
Portugal Overview
Portugal has a Mediterranean climate with warm, dry summers and mild, rainy winters. August is typically the warmest month at 23°C, while January averages 11.3°C, rarely dropping below freezing.
🌱 Spring (March–May)
Spain Spring
- Warming temperatures depending on region (cooler in the north, milder in central/south).
- Increasing sunshine with occasional rain.
Portugal Spring
- Temperatures rise from 15°C in March to ~20°C in May.
- Rainfall decreases, making days brighter and ideal for coastal and countryside exploration.
