Passports, Visa and Travel Requirements for your Voyage

🛂 Submitting Your Passport Details
We'll need passport details for all guests as soon as you can
provide them. If we haven't received them, we'll send you a friendly reminder. The quickest and easiest way to provide your details is via your My Cruises account
💳 Second Payment Date
A second payment of 15% of the cruise fare is due to be paid. We’ll send a reminder shortly before this date.
💳 Final Balance Payment
Your
final balance is due 90 days before embarkation. We'll send you a reminder
before your payment date.
📖 Your Journey Guide
At least 12 weeks before your cruise, you'll receive your Journey Guide, packed with useful information about your holiday, destinations, life on board, and shore tours.
🎫 Your Cruise Ticket
Around three weeks before embarkation, we'll email your cruise ticket containing all your confirmed travel and boarding information.
🏷️ Your Luggage Labels
Your luggage labels will arrive by post approximately two weeks before your cruise, ready for your departure.
🚢 Getting You Ready to Travel
Later in 2027, we’ll start a series of emails helping you plan and prepare for your voyage with confidence.
