S2702S1 - Booked on our Standard Flight - What you need to Know

Thank you for joining us on our cruise from Southampton to Singapore, with a British Airways flight home already booked for you.

This page is a handy guide to everything you need to know right now. We'll keep it up to date, and we'll email you again closer to your departure.

You'll fly home from Singapore on 21st March 2027 
Your transfer from Borealis to Singapore airport is included
  1. Your flight home is with British Airways in economy
  2. The flight departure time is 23:15
  3. You'll arrive in London Heathrow at 05:45am on 22nd March
  4. Your flight includes x1 handbag, x1 cabin bag and x1 23KG checked bag
    1. Cabin Bag: Maximum size of 56 x 45 x 25 cm (including handles and wheels), to go in the overhead locker.
    2. Personal Item (handbag) – carry on: Maximum size of 40 x 30 x 15 cm (handbag, laptop bag, or small backpack), to fit under the seat in front.
    3. Checked Luggage: Up to 23 kg per bag
British Airways booking reference
  • For your return flight, the Guest Services team on Borealis will provide your British Airways booking reference no later than 7 days before your flight.
  • Once you receive your booking reference, you can use it to manage your flight and when check-in opens, check in via the British Airways website or app. Please click here.
  • Alternatively, you can check in at the airport.
  • Once you have your booking reference, you can pre-select your seat and add additional luggage. Please note that an additional charge may apply.
  • Online check-in opens 24 hours before your flight departure.
 On the day of disembarkation (21st March 2027)
  1. We'll ask you to vacate your cabin by 12pm on the 21st March
  2. We'll collect your suitcases on the evening of 20th March, and have them in the port when your disembark
  3. The Card Room will be available all day to store hand luggage
  4. Breakfast and lunch will be served as normal
  5. We'll serve your evening meal in The View at 5:30pm
  6. We'll provide a small number of wash-up cabins between 2pm and 7pm, allowing you to freshen-up before your flight home - bookable via Guest Services
  7. Your transfer to the airport will be approx. 7pm, we'll confirm the exact timing on board
  8. Your on board account will be active until you depart Borealis, allowing you to continue making purchases
  9. If you're booked on a Freedom Fare with inclusive drinks at lunch and dinner, this will continue to be provided.
