UK Passport holders

No matter where you’re heading in the world, we recommend your passport:
1) Has more than six months validity left when arriving back in the UK.
2) Is less than 10 years old from the date of issue.
When travelling to Europe, UK Passports must be less than 10 years old from the date of entry.
If your passport was renewed prior to October 2018, it could have a date of issue which is more than 10 years ago.

For cruises around the British Isles, your passport will need to be valid for a minimum of 3 months from date of disembarkation and be less than 10 years old.
Dual citizens
If you’re a dual British citizen, you must present a valid British passport (or

Medication
If you need a larger supply of your usual medication, please speak with your GP
well in advance of your cruise to ensure everything can be arranged.
Some medications contain controlled
drugs and may be subject to specific rules in certain countries. You may need
to carry proof the medication has been prescribed to you, such as a copy of

Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance in place which covers your cruise and all planned activities (including flights)
Travelling in the EU? Get your UK Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC)
This is not a replacement for travel insurance nor valid for treatment on board the ship
If you still have a valid EHIC, this can be used until the expiry date, when you'll need to apply for a GHIC

Non-UK Passport holders / non-residents
You will likely be required to present an Electrical Travel Authorisation (ETA) to Immigration Officers at the UK boarder.
