Do your ships have cabins adapted for wheelchair users?
Travelling with Mobility Aids? We’re here to help
We’re proud to welcome guests of all abilities on board and we want to make sure your cruise is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
For 2025 Cruises
All our ships have cabins specially adapted for wheelchair users and we’re happy to accommodate guests travelling with wheelchairs, scooters or rollators. Just let us know in advance so we can allocate space and notify our on board teams.
All mobility equipment must be stored in your cabin.
Please complete our Mobility Questionnaire before you sail.
For safety reasons, we do have limits on the number of guests using wheelchairs and scooters:
Balmoral: Up to 20 guests
Bolette & Borealis: Up to 30 guests
If you require the use of a mobility aid, such as a
rollator or walking frame, please let us know at the time of booking. This is
essential, as there is a limit to the number of mobility devices we can
accommodate on board.
Only cabins marked as wheelchair-adapted have private facilities suitable for wheelchair users.
Looking ahead to 2026
To ensure a safe and relaxing experience, from 2026 onwards, guests who require a wheelchair or mobility scooter will need to book an accessible cabin.
This helps us make sure your needs are fully supported and allows us to assist you quickly and effectively in the unlikely event of an emergency.
