Do you have facilities for visual or hearing impaired guests?
Visually impaired guests
You are warmly welcomed on board, but must travel with a sighted companion to ensure your safety. Our Care Team will assist you in reaching your muster station during safety drills.
Hearing impaired guests
You may travel solo if you’re confident navigating the ship independently. For your comfort and safety, we provide a portable cabin kit, which includes:
Wireless doorbell
Optical smoke alarm
RadioLINK Alarm Kit (alerts in emergencies)
We’re happy to provide printed copies of the Captain’s announcements—just let Guest Services know on board.
A limited number of hearing loop sets are available in the Neptune Lounge (please note: these are not T Loops).
Accessible shore tours
Our shore tours team are happy to make adjustments to ensure you enjoy your excursions to the fullest.
Just let us know your needs when booking your tours before your cruise.
