City Cruise Terminal – Berth 101
Terminal Amenities
Small waiting area and toilets at the front of the terminal
Spacious departure lounge with seating and additional toilets (after security)
Arrivals lounge with waiting area and toilet facilities
No café or refreshment area – we recommend bringing your own snacks or drinks, though there is a water station to refill water bottles in the terminal lounges.
Wheelchair Assistance – Check-in
Own wheelchair: Guests can be assisted through security and check-in and taken to their cabin (if ready)
Port wheelchair: Provided for guests without one
Guests may be asked to walk a short distance at check-in to assess mobility. If no concerns, they’ll be assisted to the top of the airbridge. Cabin escort is not available in this case

Available for guests who pre-book with Guest Services
Collection points: Balmoral – Deck 6, Photo Gallery. Bolette – Deck 3, Times Square. Borealis – Deck 3, Times Square
Guests will be disembarked in order of luggage label colour (where possible)
Porters will assist with luggage and escort guests through customs to the arrivals area
If transport is ready, assistance will be provided to the vehicle
If not, guests can wait comfortably in the arrivals lounge seating area
